At the National Library of Australia. On December 4, 2008, George Oates (yes, she's called George) - an Aussie living in San Francisco and working with Flickr and national collecting institutions (eg US Library of Congress) gave a presentation about the presence of public collections on Flickr and the public uses and reactions to the Flickr Commons.
