What fantastic beaches! I must go here. Your shot is very inviting.

@Michael Skorulski: Thanks Michael! This is not typical of the huge rolling surf on the mainland beaches - this is a tidal beach on an inlet - Tasmania is certainly worth the trip!
Incredible beach. The white stripe contrasting with the brown is amazing.

@Michael Rawluk: It's a tidal inlet - large stretches of muddy shallows, nothing like the big surf on the coast. This pic was the result of some quick thinking and timing!
Superbe perspective prise entre l'aile de l'avion et la plage. Les couleurs sont magnifiques

NICELY done Sidonie!! Hey there! I'm finally back from my forced hiatus. Have had a look-see at what I've missed for posts... I really loved the Lady Nelson post... excellent pp!! Got a good giggle from the 1920's apartment #3 post, too!!

@amy: Welcome back amy! I must confess to being worried about your strains and pains. Thank you for all your comments and visits - you have the gift of seeing the POINT of my posts - when there is one. Most gracious!
Glorious location!
