Low tide at Wagonga inletPosted by Sidonie (Sydney, Australia) on 25 August 2007 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio. "Wagonga Inlet on the South Coast of NSW has a long history of occupation by local Aboriginal people, the Walbanga and the Djiringanj. Aboriginal visitors, from far away as Tweed Heads in the north, Lakes Entrance in the south and the Monaro to the west made pilgrimages to the area. The abundance of natural resources and numerous protected campsites made it an ideal place to live." from information board
