Well! I've seen rainbows that tail off to nothing halfway or so - but this takes the cake - looks like someone sawed it off clean! Saw a documentary about the drought in OZ, a couple of weeks ago, so the fountain is surprising! I guess it is worse in some places than others! Anyway, your photo is a great idea for the theme and a great shot :-)
