@Alain: No, no - it's sunrise! The sun is coming up from the east at 6.30AM in the morning! Lever de soleil!

@KM Faisal: Thanks KM!
Wow yellow sunset, like our sunsets here!

@Behrooz: No no Behrooz - it was 6.30am in the MORNING - the sun was RISING, not setting - hence the yellow! BTW, I really liked your shot with the sunglasses filter!
Oh oh! I guess I have skipped the title. Quite a funny mistake :)) Yeah then your sunrises are like our sunsets :-) Thanks Sidonie. You're very kind. I'm attached to my sunglasses as lights sometimes hurt my eyes a little. I'm glad they are useful for photography too, as a replacement to those expensive filters.

@Behrooz: You've had a major success with the filtered pic, too , as I see by the number of comments! Well done!
Great shot!

@Diya: Thanks Diya - sometimes this lake reminds me of parts of Switzerland!
Very interesting composition. :-) You kept a few other non-cloud elements at the edge such as part of a roof...which leads one to wonder if you were looking through the window or standing on the porch. :-) great approach

@Tanya: Standing on my balcony, second floor - the parapet of the balcony above appears in top right corner. I took another shot without that bit of roof in frame, but chose this one for some reason. Great observation, Tanya, thanks!
