Manuela Photography from Hainburg (near Frankfurt/Main), GermanyImpressive reddish sunlight... love it! 7 Mar 2007 8:39am @Manuela Photography: Thanks Manuela - it's all natural, no pp! Jerry from Tampa, United StatesLove the grand old tree and the colors - serene image Sidonie! 7 Mar 2007 10:08am @Jerry: Thank you Jerry - the trees in that spot are both native eucalypts and introduced European species - some of the most exotic rose gardens in the country surround the Old Parliament. @Dimitrios: Yes, autumn and its beautiful colors is coming - well, theoretically - but climate change here is so extreme, we may not see a seasonal change at all this year! Daily temps are still around 30 Celsius. Thank you for your visit Dimitrios (from the other side of the globe!) @objectif-plume: Merci ob-pl - "superbe" est superlatif! Stu from Kyoto, JapanGreat tones from the sunset, and a fabulous old tree. Nice positioning too. Lovely shot Sidonie. 7 Mar 2007 12:34pm @Stu: Most humbly appreciative, Stu! Henri Rabagny from Paris, FranceBelles couleurs, ça respire le calme. Bravo Sidonie. - ) Jen from Jessup, United StatesThe tones and colors are great and the composition is just wonderful! 7 Mar 2007 1:39pm @Jen: Great comment Jen, thank you! @Evie Sars: Thanks for the visit Evie! @badala: Thansk badala! The light lasted only a few minutes - and then it was gone! All natural, no pp. Bronnie from Christchurch, New ZealandGorgeous light, the old tree almost looks fuffy the light is so soft. 7 Mar 2007 5:51pm @Bronnie: And you won't believe this, but a young guy - a "tourist" from Melbourne - was standing there with a camera, and didn't even notice the extraordinary colors! Now that's a waste of a good camera! @frank: Thanks Frank - all natural color! @Rahul: Thanks Rahul - cheers! Michael Griscavage from Cedar Knolls, United StatesGreat shot!! I love the ambiant light. 12 Mar 2007 3:03am @Michael Griscavage: Thank you Michael - and thanks for the visit! @Fred: Welcome back Fred! Thank you for all the great comments! @Vahid: Ah yes - thanks Vahid - this is one of the most visited photos have posted recently to my Flickr pro account (link via my About page)- it seems everyone really likes it! |
